Caseificio Taddei,certified by CE IT 03/174, is situated in Fornovo S. Giovanni, a village located on the plain south of Bergamo, and has specialized in producing and maturing traditional Bergamo cheeses for four generations. Constant self-monitoring, the exclusive use of milk from local farms, the hand-made production and the attention to customer satisfaction, all contribute to the quality of our products. Our dairy is constantly aiming towards the rediscovery of a great cheese making tradition, and we now offer many different cheeses, all produced entirely by hand by expert cheese makers.
